Yesterday I posted the anniversary card I made for my aunt and uncle who are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. We will also be celebrating their birthdays: my aunt's 80th and my uncle's 83rd (Mom corrected me; I reported 82 yesterday). Above is the card I made for my uncle. The greens are more of a sage; it doesn't look that way on this monitor. Very warm colors. The size is 5x7, which I like: more room to play!
Below is the card for my aunt. The daffodils photo is one that I had the good fortune to catch while visiting downtown Charlottesville, VA in 2006. I like to use photos in cards. This size is 6x6, which is a fun surface to work with.
I'll be gone for a couple of days as we travel north to Iowa for the family get together!
